The group
Lemcon is an engineering group working across Asia on telecoms networks, satellite infrastructure, power systems and the civil works that carry them. The group runs its own crews, its own engineering and its own supply chain, country by country.
That structure keeps the work close to the client. Each country business holds local people and local knowledge, and draws on the wider group for engineering depth, equipment and experience from other markets.
In country
Lemcon brings the full group capability to Pakistan — network build, warehousing, maintenance, solar power, EV charging and civil works — covering Islamabad, Karachi and Lahore and sites beyond them.
The approach is built on delivery rather than on promises. Each project adds people, equipment and local experience, and that is what the next project gets built on.
Pakistan projects are run by people based in Pakistan. Engineering, specialist equipment and additional crews come from the wider Lemcon group as the work needs them.
How we work
Lemcon takes the whole scope. Civil works, power, installation, commissioning and maintenance sit with one contractor, so nothing falls into the gap between trades.
Work gets recorded as it goes. Site records, test results and close-out documents are handed over with the site itself, and maintenance continues from the same team that built it.
Directly employed teams, trained to the standard Lemcon works to, rather than a chain of subcontractors.
Design and engineering carried in house, so the site that gets built matches the site that was designed.
